Can I preview my lettering or sign before production?
Yes. The online designer will show you a preview. You may also send us your info for a proof and quote. Proofs are usually emailed within 24 hours.

How do I apply vinyl lettering or graphics to my vehicle, boat, or window?
We will include with every vinyl graphics order complete, easy to understand instructions and a squeegee, to make installation a breeze. You can also view the instuctions here.

How do I remove my vinyl lettering in the future?
Simply take a hair dryer and heat the edge and slowly peel back. You may need to use rubbing alcohol to clean off any remaining residue.

How long will my vinyl lettering last?
We only use the quality premium vinyl. Our vinyl is a high performance, UV resistant film. It is rated to last a minimum of 5-7 years (much longer than paint). Beware of other sign shops that use cheaper vinyl that will not last as long in an outdoor environment.

Why are your prices so low? My local sign shop charges twice the amount.
Our online prices are strictly for direct mail and internet customers only, and not available for store pickup. This enables us to keep our overhead low, and pass the savings to the customer.

How do I send you my logo or artwork that I want to use?
The online designer enables you to upload most files. Alternatively, you can email us any files for a quote. We produce our signs using computer cut vinyl graphics and digital printing. For our vinyl signs, we need to use image files saved in a vector-based format, such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai), an eps, or a pdf file. Other formats (such as jpg, gif, or bmp) must be converted to vector art. We will convert some files for no charge. For our full color digitally printed signs, we can use most common file formats as long as they are of good quality and resolution. Supply us with your art and an explanation of what you need done, and we will provide you with a quote, and to clarify any questions you may have.

How do I care for my vinyl lettering or graphics?
Vinyl lettering is very low maintenance. Washing occasionally with soap and water is all that is needed to keep it looking good.

How soon will I get my order?
We normally ship within 4-5 business days after receiving payment, large bulk quantity orders may take a little longer. Occasionally, items may be on backorder. We will notify you of any potential delays.
We usually ship US Priority Mail. (1-3 business days) NOTE:Weekend orders, Holiday orders, and orders received after 5PM EST are counted as received on the next business day.
